Websites for the people who keep things working

SHOWCASE YOUR WORK.

When a customer hears your name or looks for a local tradesperson, give them a clear place to see what you do, where you work and the jobs you’re proud of. Then make it straightforward to call or ask for a quote.

No ranking promises. Just a more professional place to send customers.

01 / Why a website

GOOD WORK DESERVES A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.

A website doesn’t replace Facebook, recommendations or repeat customers. It gives people one professional place to check your services, see your work and decide how to get in touch.

01 / What it does

Make the next step obvious

Put a tap-to-call number and quote request where people can find them—especially on a phone.

02 / What it does

Explain what you do

Set out your services and coverage in plain English, so the right people can tell if you take on their job.

03 / What it does

Show the standard of your work

Use real project photos and genuine customer reviews to help visitors get a feel for your work.

04 / What it does

Back up the recommendation

Word of mouth still matters. A professional site gives people somewhere useful to look after they hear your name.

Keep the channels that already work for you. Your website gives them a useful place to point potential customers.

04 / Straight answers

THE QUESTIONS YOU’RE PROBABLY THINKING.

No pressure and no promise of overnight results. Just clear answers about what a site can—and can’t—do for your business.

01Most of my work comes from recommendations. Why do I need a website?

Because even a recommendation often gets checked online before someone calls. A clear, professional site backs up the referral, answers the obvious questions and gives new customers a way to find you too. It works while you're on the tools, after hours and when you're busy.

02I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?

Keep using it—it can be great for updates and reviews. But a website gives you a professional home you control, with your services, service area, work and contact details together in one place. Customers don't have to scroll through a feed or message and wait to find out if you do their kind of job.

03Will a website get me to the top of Google?

No one can honestly guarantee that. I build clear service and location information with sound technical foundations, so customers and search engines can understand what you offer. Your Google Business Profile, reviews and local competition matter too.

04What should my website actually do for my business?

Make the decision to contact you easier. It should show what work you take on, where you cover, examples of your work and the quickest way to call or request a quote. That means fewer basic questions and better-informed enquiries—not a promise of a set number of jobs.

05Do I own the site?

Yes. Your words, images and site are yours. The handover is clear, and there is no mystery lock-in.

06What if I need changes after launch?

Small tweaks are normal. We can agree a simple support arrangement, or I can leave you with a straightforward handover for the bits you want to update.

07Websites sound expensive. What does the price cover?

A one-page Starter Website is £270, and a 3–5 page Complete Website is £400. I’ll explain what’s included and any additional costs before work begins, so you can decide without pressure.

08I don’t have time to manage a website.

The site is built around the information customers need, not another stream of posts. We’ll agree what should be on it before launch. If you want help with changes afterwards, we can discuss a support arrangement.

09I don’t know anything about websites. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You know your trade and your customers; I’ll explain the choices in plain English and handle the build. You can review the content and ask questions before anything goes live.

10What does basic SEO setup mean?

Basic SEO setup helps search engines understand what your website and services are about. This includes descriptive page titles and descriptions, clear page headings, relevant service and location information, a sitemap and essential indexing setup. It provides a technical SEO foundation but does not guarantee Google rankings or specific search positions.

05 / A straightforward partner

YOUR WEBSITE SHOULD WORK AS HARD AS YOU DO.

The focus

Your trade.
Your customers.

The approach

Clear advice.
No web jargon.

I build websites for tradespeople who are great at the work but shouldn't have to rely on word of mouth alone. When customers look you up, your site should quickly show what you do, where you work and why they can trust you—then make calling or requesting a quote simple. I keep the process clear, quick and focused on what helps your business.

06 / Start a conversation

LET’S MAKE IT EASIER TO CHOOSE YOU.

Tell me a little about your trade and what you need. I’ll come back with a clear recommendation and a quote—no pressure to go ahead.

A few details to get started

No pressure—just a clear recommendation and quote.
